Sending Email to Club Administrators
This feature allows anyone to send an email to the administrators of your club. The email is not
copied to the sender so that the email addresses of the club administrators are not revealed to the
sender. This feature allows potential guests to contact the club administrators (who will be club
officers in most cases) and get more details about the club. It also allows the club members who
cannot login (say their email address is not in the database or the email address is incorrect) to
contact administrators to fix the problem. To make it easier for users, you might want to create
a link on your club's web site to this feature. See the section about Linking to
Web Pages to find out how you can do that.

Viewing Meeting Schedule
This page shows the meeting details for six meetings, two of those meetings can be in the past
(if there are any meetings in the past) and rest in the future. It shows the meeting date and time,
meeting title and various role assignments for each of the six meetings. This allows users to view
this information without having to login. To make it easier for users, you might want to create
a link on your club's web site to this feature. See the section about Linking to
Web Pages to find out how you can do that.
