| Stop Watch | TurboBase | This browser-based utility can be used to time your speeches at home. Just input your speech times and the browser will keep track of your time. You need not be connected to the internet to use this utility. Just save the file on your computer and use it any time. Copy it to your laptop and use it for your meetings. Feel free to modify it for your needs and send us the updated file if you think other members can benefit from your changes.
